Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities


  1. Responsible for setting up the branch in Vietnam.

  2. Oversee and coordinate planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention.

  3. Provides leadership, guidance and support to branch personnel which includes work allocation, training, promotion and enforcement of internal procedures and controls

  4. Manages the daily business planning and management

  5. Drive branch sales, productivity and cost containment activities

  6. Additional responsibilities as required to effectively manage the branch


  1. Good command English, Chinese and Vietnamese is preferred

  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or related field required

  3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Startup with entrepreneurial mindset is preferred 

  4. Experience in business/strategic planning and execution, including diligence, acquisition and integration a plus

  5. Ability to lead with confidence and create alignment among management and attract and develop staff

  6. Strong problem-solving abilities, communication and inter-personal skills

  7. Excellent organization and time management skills

  8. Marketing awareness and planning

  9. Flexible and can-do attitude


Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities


  1. Able to analyze, plan, execute and review the company sales strategies in achieving and exceed ambitious sales targets and business growth objectives

  2. Explore business opportunities and develop the client network to boost sales turnover for the business unit

  3. Maintain good business relationships with key accounts / existing clients

  4. Build up relationship with all related parties to ensure / sustain business growth

  5. Promote various company products 

  6. Executing marketing campaign

  7. Perform other ad hoc tasks


  1. Bachelor or above with related field

  2. With minimum 1-2 years sales experiences will be an advantage.

  3. Fresh graduate from university with major in Science is also welcome. 

  4. Independent and initiative, result-oriented and customer focused

  5. Outgoing personality with effective communication and interpersonal skills

  6. Target-oriented, aggressive, self-motivated and able to work as a team

  7. Able to work under pressure 

  8. Willing to travel
